Warranty & Returns


Auto Glass Planet offers 1 year Warranty on all of our products. We guaranteeAll our parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship for One Year on the original purchased item. Please see our return policy for more information. This Warranty is non transferable, the original purchaser must own the vehicle on which the part is installed. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. All warranties will be replacement of the same part only.

This warranty applies to vehicles registered in the 50 United States and normally operated in the 50 United States.


This warranty does not include any costs involved in installation or replacement of any defective parts nor does it cover failure resulting from accident, damage, abuse or improper installation. Auto Glass Planet Parts nor Any of its affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR COST ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR PARTS.

Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of order date for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price less shipping. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be assessed on non-defective parts. The original credit card used for the purchase will be issued the credit once processed. Auto Glass Planet Parts cannot issue credit for non-defective items not returned within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Returned parts must be in "as new" re-sellable condition and shipped in their original package and shipping carton. If the original shipping carton is not available, the part must be packaged correctly to ensure safe shipping.

Electrical Parts (switches, circuit boards, computers, electronic components) are not returnable. Parts that are in a sealed bag that state "non returnable if opened" are not returnable if the bag is opened.

Damaged or Altered items are not returnable. Alterations include but are not limited to; painting, cutting, removal of studs/mounting bolts/clips/wires or any other part of the item. Cut to fit or Special Order items are not returnable.

If you wish to return a part: Please follow the Return Procedure as explained below.


Call the Auto Glass Planet Customer Service Desk Monday thru Friday 11:00am-5:00pm (EST) to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) number. Or e-mail (Without an RAN number, our receiving department will refuse your return.)

Your RAN number MUST be on the return label.

Customer Service will provide you the shipping address to send the returned item. Returns must be sent to the original shipping warehouse location.

Refunds will be issued once the parts are received, inspected and processed.

Returned parts must be in "as new" re-sellable condition and shipped in their original package and shipping carton. We cannot issue credit for items that arrive damaged or for items that have been installed OR altered in any way. Proper shipping and associated cost, is the responsibility of the customer.

It is recommended that insurance is purchased for any item returned with the US Postal Service. UPS provides insurance up to $100.00

Credits to the original credit card used for the purchase will be applied upon inspection and processing of the returned item(s) but may not appear on your credit card statement for one or two billing cycles.

Please note: If a part is returned without an Authorization number, and/or proper packaging (double boxed), and / or documentation or has been altered in any way a re-stocking fee may be applied of up to 25%.

If you received an incorrect part: Call our Customer Service to explain the error. We will then ship the replacement part as soon as possible. Your replacement part will be shipped via ground service, we will not ship replacement parts via air service.

If you REFUSE or miss a shipment: Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or in the event continual delivery attempts fail, will be returned to Auto Glass Planet and your order will be cancelled. You will be credited for the amount of the sale less a restocking fee up to 25%, less shipping. Please allow 2 weeks for a credit to be issued. It is your responsibility to make adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery.

If you enter your address incorrectly on your order: and UPS must correct this error the UPS Correction Fee will be charge to you. This Fee is $12.00. Please double check all information entered on your order before you submit your order for processing.
